Herbert Lamar Campbell (a.k.a.) Judge is the official music consultant of the NU Level Entertainment organization.  His duties and responsibilities are to review all music projects completed by the NU Level Entertainment organization for crucial critique
and review. This process can truly only be done by Judge because of his unique ear for quality music from industry level music to up and coming new sounds to debut into the music industry. This also qualifies Mr. Campbell to act in the roles of A&R Manager, Artist Development Manager, as well as Executive Producer for artists or groups that he sees fit to have the musical talent to develop into promising artists and groups that the NU Level Entertainment organization encourages to become musicians of extreme
talent that they demonstrate with a sound business mind and moral integrity. Mr. Campbell's role as Music Consultant directly exemplifies the primary job that all of the NU Level Entertainment organizational staff is responsible for which is to represent the NU Level Entertainment organization with the highest level of professionalism, business ethics, moral ethics and integrity.
